ConstructionSuite 2009 Pro/Contractor users and above with TotalCare membership can now benefit from Automated Text Messaging of planning and start reminders directly from ConstructionSuite. Text messages can be set to originate from a specific users account and provide the ability to correspond with subcontractors and suppliers via any mobile phone that accepts text messaging.

Available to all ConstructionSuite users with TotalCare subscriptions, UDA QuickBooks ProAdvisors can assist with setup options, answer questions, perform training, and offer technical assistance.

ConstructionSuite 2009 Network, Enterprise, and multi-user clients can now benefit from advanced Microsoft Exchange Server sync and integration compatibilities. In addition to enhanced synchronization, users can mirror both Outlook and Exchange categories and folders as groups, and also have the option to not share private activities, contacts and to dos.

The National Green Building Standard was recently approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) for all residential construction work including single-family homes, apartments and condos, land development, remodeling and renovation, and signals a new era for the nation's builders, remodelers and developers.
