New reports now available in ConstructionOnline™ for OnCost™ Estimating include - 

Specifications Report

ConstructionOnline’s Specifications Report compiles the details of Specifications related to Estimate Items into a single, professional report that’s print and presentation ready upon creation.

Specifications define the standards of individual materials, services, installations, products, & operations, providing critical information to ensure that the project scope is covered in entirety. ConstructionOnline™ empowers users to populate detailed Specifications to Costbook Items within custom Company Costbooks, as well as individual Estimate Items within Estimate Templates and Project Estimates.

The Specifications Report in ConstructionOnline™ is exclusively available for Standard Estimates with the 3-Level structure and can only be generated on a per Project basis. When creating the Specifications Report, ConstructionOnline™ Users can choose to include all Estimate Items containing Specifications or specific Estimate Items containing Specifications, and Specifications for Estimate Items with no Estimated Value can be included, at the user’s discretion.

Classification Report

ConstructionOnline’s brand-new Classification Report presents Classification Totals for Material, Labor, Equipment, Subcontractor, and Other, alongside a complete breakdown of Estimate Items & Costs by Classification Type.

Estimate Items in ConstructionOnline™ can be assigned a Classification Type of Material, Labor, Equipment, Subcontractor, or Other, and these Classifications can then be utilized to improve construction project management with advanced estimating and reporting options, such as Classification Markups and filters for Purchase Orders and RFQs.

Created on a project-by-project basis, the Classification Report can include All Classification Types or can be filtered by a single Classification Type. During report generation, ConstructionOnline™ Users can choose to include all Estimate Items assigned a Classification or specific Estimate Items assigned a Classification.
