Collaboration gets a new name with the growing use of UDA's OnSite Mobile Apps for iPhone, iPad, and BlackBerry. Mark Tomassoni, with Emcor Hyre Electric Co is currently using the OnSite Mobile Apps for iPhone, including OnSite Photo, OnSite Video, and OnSite Files. Mark also has most of his project documents loaded onto ConstructionOnline. He says, "If I am in the field and my foreman needs cut sheet info or estimating questions, I can view the documents in the field with OnSite Files."

Chris Beasley, owner of Aspen Basement Company, continues his innovative use of ConstructionOnline by integrating with OnSite Mobile Apps. "I use OnSite Files to view PDF's containing invoices, plans, schedules, and photos," says Chris, "I have been able to access files and share information when out in the field, and the apps are easy to use." As a user of ConstructionSuite, Chris seamlessly shares files between ConstructionSuite and ConstructionOnline through a feature called SuiteLink, which saves users time by making that file sharing simple and easy with the click of a button. Aspen Basement Company has been a user of the UDA family of products since 2007.

Industry expert Tim Lassiter is excited to see how these mobile technologies can improve his daily activities. Having downloaded the OnSite Mobile Apps for iPhone thus far, he said, "It works fantastic and looks great." Tim has been in business for 14 years, using UDA products for the past 10. David Warner, a custom home builder and remodeler out of Spotsylvania, Virginia has been using OnSite Photo extensively. "OnSite Photo is great for taking progress photos of the homes under construction to keep my customers up to date." David has been using OnSite Mobile Apps and ConstructionOnline to stay connected with his clients, who truly enjoy utilizing today's mobile technologies during their home building process.

When asked if the OnSite Mobile Apps have changed the way he works on the go, he said

"Most definitely! My customers love getting the photo's on a daily basis and being able to download them on the spot saves me time at the end of the day. In the past I had to hook up my digital camera to my computer to download them, and then send them via email, but this is so much better!"

"The ability to access my files is HUGE!" said Regan Youngberg, a ConstructionSuite user in Newtown, Connecticut said. Regan recently downloaded OnSite Files for iPhone, which enables him to access all of his ConstructionOnline files from the convenience of his mobile device. He can access his plans, proposals, estimates, schedules, change orders, etc. instantly by simply opening his OnSite Files app.

Andy Steinborn, with Tajo-One, has projects in a multitude of locations, including California and Las Vegas. Accessibility from anywhere is exactly what Andy needs, and he gets that with OnSite Mobile Apps.

"I just recently uploaded all of my photos to ConstructionOnline with the OnSite Photo App and it worked really well." Andy can instantly upload photos using OnSite Photo, and then switch over to OnSite Files to view, share, and comment on them - a simple, quick way to collaborate with team members while on the go.

OnSite Files for iPad was made available for download on July 29, 2010, and in the first four days, a rush of downloads gained quick notice.
