AUBURN, ALABAMA – UDA Technologies kicked off the new year with record-breaking sales and renewals of ConstructionOnline™ 2023, resulting in phenomenal success for the First Quarter of 2023. Impressive company momentum continues with recent updates and enhancements to ConstructionOnline’s industry-leading tools for construction project management. Brand-new capabilities have been added to popular features such as Client Selections, OnCost™ Estimating, and OnPlan Scheduling™.
New additions to ConstructionOnline™ 2023 include:
Both the Import and Export options within OnCost™ Estimating—the industry’s leading construction estimating software—have been updated with extensive styling and formatting updates that improve their overall usability. Additionally, new Export options such as “Export for Accounting” open the door for dozens of integration opportunities for other accounting systems. With the brand-new Export for Accounting option, ConstructionOnline now offers the ability to pull Estimate data into QuickBooks or Other Software/For Manual Entry. This latest enhancement opens endless possibilities for better, faster financial integrations and analysis using other accounting platforms such as Sage, Foundation, Great Plains, and more.
New options have been made available for users creating and modifying Selection Choices. ConstructionOnline Users can now add SKU, UPC, and/or Model Numbers to their Selection Choices—the most granular level of organization in Client Selections and the level of “Approval”. The recent addition of SKU, UPC, and Model Number fields allow users to add or import the alphanumeric code unique to the retailer or manufacturer of the selected product(s) alongside the rest of the Selection Choice information for safe data storage in ConstructionOnline.
New Quantity Multipliers are now available for all Multi-Family product plans and Residential, Commercial, Speciality, and Industrial plans at the Enterprise level. With Quantity Multipliers, ConstructionOnline Users now have the ability to multiply their OnCost Estimate data by a customizable quantity applied at the Category, Subcategory, or Item level. This feature makes it easy for multi-family construction pros to build out estimate data that can then be multiplied by the number of rooms, units, levels, or buildings being worked on—streamlining manual data entry, improving cost management, and offering multi-family construction companies a faster, easier way to create & manage estimates overall.
ConstructionOnline Users can now show Task Resource Names in the Gantt Chart and/or Show Cost Impact in the Gantt Chart for OnPlan™ Schedules. These new options join previously released Schedule View Options, including Show Task Names in the Gantt Chart, Enable Automatic Predecessors, Uniform Trades for Schedule Groups, and Condensed View. New updates to the styling and overall functionality of “Sort” tools have also been added within OnPlan™ Scheduling. The above-mentioned display options and updates to the schedule sorting functionality continue to provide users with intelligent task management tools for easy maintenance and analysis of ever-changing construction schedules.
